You can use Optimole with CloudFlare and there are no additional steps required if Cloudflare serves images using your domain. If there is Cloudflare’s domain to serve your images – that CDN needs to be whitelisted – https://dashboard.optimole.com/whitelist

I see that your images are served via your domain so there is no additional domain that needs to be whitelisted and Optimole should work as expected.
