Cloudflare CDN integration hangs

Perhaps related to this issue but when I go to integrate WP Fastest Cache with Cloudflare, as I am prompted to because WP Fastest Cache detects Cloudflare, I get a constantly spinning loader. I navigate to the CDN tab of the plugin’s settings and click on “CDN by Cloudflare” and it loads indefinitely.
