I found that the Bad Behavior “Other Notes” says that Reverse Proxy must be enabled for CF… then in looking at the Bad Behavior “Settings” screen it mentions right there a header name which should be used for CF.

According to this CloudFlare support answer, the list of IP addresses does not need to be specified.

• The Bad Behavior documentation says that it works with CloudFlare (with minor configuration needed).
• I installed Bad Behavior on one CloudFlare site, and it seems to be working.
