Cloudflare http or https

    Hi and need some advice as I’m a bit confused

    I use the free service Cloudflare offer to have secure URL for Google

    I use WordPress and in the past under the settings I’ve set the url up as https://url.com both the WordPress address and site address.

    I was talking to a friend that said as the url is using cloudflare it should be https://url.com. I’ve not had any issues using the url set up as https:// but just make to make sure I’m doing the correct thing so that SEO isn’t effected

    Can anyone confirm this as I’m not able to find the information anywhere
