Cloudflare issue saving changes

Hi Frederick!

Thanks for the latest update to W3tc love the changes in the backend ??
Came across the following issue

Failed to update CloudFlare settings:
Failed to update option pseudo_ipv4: Invalid value for zone setting, pseudo_ipv4

Steps taken to reproduce the errors are this
Go to extensions
Cloudflare settings
Go down to Cloudflare IP
Checked first three options then clicked save cloudflare settings.

This error message pops up even if the options are unticked, not certain if i’m missing a certain part of the set-up process or if this is actually a bug?

Again thanks for the awesome work you do with this plugin, I will be upgrading shortly to help with further development ??
