have you tried my code snippet ? it should disable the cache on redirection from https:// to https://

I’ll give it a try and see if it improves, would it be possible to detect whether utms are added to disable redirects for https/http? Just to improve performance a tad

didn’t test , but you can add another IF check as

strops($_SERVER['QUERY_STRING'], "utm") !== false

The code snippet isn’t a good solution, had a massive CPU spike due to no-cache after a Mailchimp newsletter was sent out

wtf what happened to all the replies in the other thread? talk about a cover up .. man you guys are shonky .. zero accountability for a wide spread issue ..

i dont believe a mod would have done that unless you guys requested it

well , I don’t believe a mod would have done this even I requested it

but for years I have been here , my guess is that they don’t like a topic gets too many (what they think) un-related post in it.

It doesn’t always occur with http/https traffic, it’s very hard to reproduce it seems

UTM tags just cause too many redirects which gets cached by LiteSpeed

I only ever use https in my links and when i was having the issue, it would first start out as a redirection loop when using the FB utm tags, and then eventually kills the whole website visiting even the main page redirects you to the FB utm tags creating the loop which then affects all users rendering the website useless .. i went back to 4.6, reset the config and its been good .. never updating the plugin .. unless its a major security flaw i wont upgrade ..
