    We are getting the following error message when trying to create a new import template in WP All Import:
    “Sorry, you have been blocked
    You are unable to access wpewaf.com”

    This occurs on existing and new templates. This issue is not occurring on other environments so we think it’s related to DNS settings on production.

    Multiple IPs are getting this error as well.

    We last successfully ran and updated an import in August 2022 with no problems.

    Hey @donahmar,

    We are getting the following error message when trying to create a new import template in WP All Import:

    “Sorry, you have been blocked
    You are unable to access wpewaf.com”

    You will need to contact your web host and ask them to check the logs to see what specifically is causing this action to be blocked. It’s most likely a false positive in some security rule that they’ll be able to adjust for you.

    Let me know what you find out.

    Hi there,
    We learned that WP Engine had our IPs block for some reason. This is resolved. Thanks!
