Cloudinary support

Will you be offering cloudinary support for images? That would make me very happy. Basically it would mean adding an ‘upload image to cloudinary’ button to images based on whether the plugin/apicode is present, maybe presetting different image transformers and of course redirecting image requests to cloudinary.
