• Good afternoon,

I am having a CLS issue in the Desktop version of my web, that seems to be caused by the menu. I think it is the menu because the CLS metric is exactly the same in the home page and in any other post page, so it doesn’t seem that the CLS issue is related to the content of any of the individual pages.

    I am using Astra Theme.

I am only using basic options that Astra offers for customizing colours and fonts in the menu. So, I have no idea where this issue comes from, or how can I solve it.

If anyone could help, it would be really welcome.

    Thanks in advance

  • Hi @leticia34,

We tested your site and the results were good. Please refer to the following screenshots:

FYI, two different members of our team did the test. Did we miss something?

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Kind regards,

    Hi,

It does not seem to be my web what you are testing.

As of today, I just did the test again in PageSpeed Insights and it is even worse than some weeks ago (0,21 CLS for Desktop).

    For mobile, it is fine.

    Hi @leticia34,

So sorry, I should say that we did tests on our end, and all was fine ???♂?

Anyway, I just did a test to your site and the CLS score was good. Refer to this screenshot, please. And as you mentioned, for mobile it is fine.

Have you managed to fix this, or I am missing something?

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??

No, I have not managed to solve it. I just checked again and it is even worse: 0,33 for Desktop ??

    Hi @leticia34,

I still get a good result for the CLS. This is the screenshot of the result of the test I just did.

    Kind regards,
    Herman ??
