CLS problem still reported

Remove each object in above the fold area that loads deferred like ads and videos.

i have same issue with my sites, in pagespeed test it shows everything is green but after 3 reviews google still shows cls above 0.5.

will delayed js help with cls @serpentdriver ?

Take care at above the fold area. Everything in this area that loads deferred causes content shifting (CLS). This can be a deferred loaded image, ads, videos, async loaded css and so one.

If i understand right, by Load JS Deferred off (that I switched off now), the result should become better on CLS?

If you are a speed junkie remove ads and video. If you don’t care about Pagespeed and if you care about money instead keep the ads.

Yes and No. It depends on your theme and if Javascript is used to display content. Normally deffered loading Javascript should be enabled.

I am not a money junkie. I wish that if i test on pagespeed, and the result is ok, this can be also be confirmed by webmastertools. I am using GT metrix also and the result is 100, but i wish that it all comes back to google. I wish to have more visits and be able also to monetize with them. Could you understand the point?
That said, i’ve disabled for now any defer, and test on pagespeed still ok, hopefully it converts soon in good URL also on the Webmastertools checker.

If you have any suggestion to make sure google and user can have a good experience, let me know.

If you take care on best Pagespeed results remove ads and videos above the fold and keep deferred option enabled.

If i test the single post pages now with Google Pagespeed i have a 99 percent of speed rate. So this is a false report?
