CLS Shift Issues for Non-logged in users

  • I’m experiencing some strange behavior where each page load for Non logged-in users causes a CLS issue. All text is fully loaded and then images are loaded causes the screen to shift causing the screen to quickly flash.

    However, this does not happen when I refresh the page as a logged-in user.

    Does anyone know what could be causing this? Nothing loads on the page differently between the logged-in and non logged-in user, except for the WP admin bar.
