Club Activities Bugs @ Strava

Hey everyone, I want to let you know I discovered a bug in the Strava API where the club activities feed may not return results. If you’re using the “Strava Latest Activities List” widget for your club, I suggest setting the quantity to 30 (their maximum) to make sure you get results.

Also, it seems they’ve limited the club activity information https://developers.strava.com/docs/reference/#api-Clubs so while version 1.5.0 and above will remove any undefined index/property errors, it will also not be able to display links to the club activity, just the name and distance.

Also, the “Strava Latest Map” widget used for a club will not be able to display a map because the map data is no longer included, nor is an ID link to the original athlete activity.

I sent an email to the Strava API team. I will update this thread with their response.
