Clue regarding unreceived email?

Had a client call and say his forms weren’t working, similar to other reports. Tried a few things and this did the trick:
The “To” field in his form was previously set to his personal account – [email protected], in his case, he uses Apple mail.
On my webhost I set up an email account for info@client_site.com. Then I added a forwarder on my webhost: info@client_site.com forwards to [email protected]
Updated CF7 with info@client_site.com in the “To” field. Things seem to be working now.
