Clunky and non-functional

    The interface for this plugin uses some weird skin that makes it hard to work with. Selection of pre-loaded items is unclear whether it sets the selection options also, since it never changes them in the UI. Generated shortcodes didn’t work in widgets, which was my intended use-case. Uninstalled.

  • I could not get it to work in a Text Widget under WP 3.4.2, though the plugin’s page does state this is possible. Based on the number of unanswered and aging questions in this forum, I’ve decided that it will, unfortunately, not make my approved list. Too bad, it looks like it has potential.

    There’s plans to create a whole new layout. It’s just for now, everything got put into one page.

    Also using the short code in widgets is not a problem with the plugin it’s a template issue older templates don’t have the functionality to execute the short code in a text widget… add add_filter('widget_text', 'do_shortcode'); to your functions.php
