Clunky and confusing for members

This plugin is a bit clunky and hard to use for subscribers.
Issues with this plugin:
1) No option to pre-emptively renew before expiration. This has been extremely frustrating and confusing for my site’s members.
2) Registration and login pages don’t look very good.

I’m sorry about the your bad experience. Let me just clear a few things up.
1. There is an option to renew before a subscription has expired. By default, the button will show up on the [pms-account] shortcode when there are 15 days or less until the subscription expires.

2. Design wise, the forms are built to inherit styles as much as possible from the theme you are using, we only provide some basic styling.
The design can be adjusted with CSS. A visual editor like this one could also work: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/yellow-pencil-visual-theme-customizer/
We help our users with small tweaks regarding this part, but we don’t have the resources to do big changes.
