CMB library needs an update

We’re seeing an error trying to insert images into the WP editor – cmb.js is throwing a call stack size error.
Possibly this issue: https://github.com/WebDevStudios/Custom-Metaboxes-and-Fields-for-WordPress/pull/149
Using latest CMB should fix.
