Advanced Ads itself is not a CMP, but can interact with the consent solution you have in place on your page. This, for example, ensures that only users consented to see third-party ads are really see them. If you want a more detailed ad delivering resolution here, I recommend the Geo targeting feature of Advanced Ads Pro to show different ads to different users. Please see this manual article about integrating with different consent solutions using Advanced Ads.
Additionally, Google got its “own” approach to the topic and provides an “all in one” solution where the consent is managed by them as well as the decision to show ads to the visitors of your website or not. Please see their documentation as well.
