CMP Landing page cached and optimised with Litespeed

Hi there,
I would like to cache and optimise the landing page, with “Litespeed Cache” plugin, but the point here is that the WP footer function is not called, so then the landing page is not optimised.
LiteSpeed has provided me a workaround here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/cmp-landing-page-cache/
But I would like also to optimise the page.
Can you imagine any solution for this? Many thanks!
