Hi!
Thanks for this great plugin. I have been able to configure the plugin but I have a few questions for clarification.
1. I have created everything successfully and I have done a CNAME of b.lmu.edu.ng to lmublog.com, lmublog.com is the original site name. Whenever I load https://lmublog.com, the site displays correctly but when I try to access https://b.lmu.edu.ng, the site does not display correctly. What am I missing? However, sub-sites display correctly.

2. I have created a wildcard CNAME of *.b.lmu.edu.ng to lmublog.com and I have created some sample sites, like https://matiluko-opeyemi.lmublog.com which is mapped to https://matiluko-opeyemi.b.lmu.edu.ng. When visit https://matiluko-opeyemi.b.lmu.edu.ng and I try to access the admin page, I am redirected to https://matiluko-opeyemi.lmublog.com and also all links in the sample post and menu points to https://matiluko-opeyemi.lmublog.com. Is there any way out of this. I want to be seeing more of https://matiluko-opeyemi.b.lmu.edu.ng in the links and menus.

I discovered that mapping https://b.lmu.edu.ng to the default domain https://lmublog.com (i.e. Site ID 1) solve some of my issues.
Is this okay?

Actually, I had to remove the mapping of https://b.lmu.edu.ng to the default domain https://lmublog.com (i.e. Site ID 1) because I discovered part of my site was broken. So all issues still persist

No, you can Not map site 1. WordPress needs site 1 at a known location to work. You map other sites to a domain name. (You can change the domain WordPress is installed on, but that is not what this plugin does.)

Is the mapping showing on the Sites page, under the Mapping column?
/wp-admin/network/sites.php
That is one simple way to tell if the mapping is valid.

How did you get the site ID that you are mapping? You have to use the actual ID of a site.
