    Hi,

I haven’t been able to edit my pages with Block Editor since the CoBlock update. I keep having the same error message when I try: “the editor has encountered an unexpected error”.
I have updated the plugin to Version 2.8.1 but the problem remains, are you still working on fixing this?

    Many thanks

    Hi!

Thanks for reporting this. Would you be able to tell us the version of WordPress and the theme you are using?

    Hi Jonathan,

I am using 5.4.2., which I believe is the latest? I was advised downgrading WordPress would be an issue in terms of security, however, I’d be happy to downgrade the plugin back to 2.7.2 (although I don’t know how) if that would solve this issue until there is a permanent solution.

This is the error message when I try to access the page using Block Editor :

WordPress 5.6 would be the latest. I would suggest you do the update if it’s possible. The console log doesn’t seem to point to a plugin error so upgrading WordPress would be a good place to start.

Im having same error. I tested all plugins and this is the one that is creating it as I get the error with all others off. 5.6.2 using generatepress

Hi Jonathan, thank you, it was a WordPress update problem! I had a downgrade plugin installed which prevented me from updating WordPress which I had completely forgotten about. Everything seems to be in order now.

I am getting the same error message. I have the latest updated plugins and WordPress 5.7.1.

    Does anyone solved this problem?
