cod extra charges and cod charges

  • I have just installed this plugin , there are two boxes to put charges , one at the bottom for extra charges , one in middle , when i put charges in middle cod , it doesnt show and when i put charges in bottom extra charges box , it is showing value for both
    suppose if i put value of 50 in bottom and it is also showing in middle box and sum of both is done at checkout
    please
