COD extra fee not updating after changing shipping method

Hi and thanks for your great plugin. I found a bug and wanted to report it. I use Flat rate, Free Shipping and Local Pickup as shipping options and I have set an amount -lets say 2euro- as the Extra Fee in Smart COD. In the checkout page the default shipping option is Flat Rate or Free Shipping depending on the order total. The problem is that if I select COD and then change the shipping to Local Pickup the Extra Fee is still showing in the Order table and is included in the order total.
