Hi there, i have just taken over the management of a site. I have a theme conflict somewhere and i am trying find out if its a plugin that is causing the issue. So i disabled all plugins to see if i could isolate which plugin it was, as soon as i deactivated BACKwpup, the whole site crashed. When you navigated to the site I received these errors messages ( below ) luckily i was able to get back in the backend via a WP recovery link and enable the plugin again and the site came back online. Can you please let me know what the issue is and why this is happening as i should be able to deactivate plugins on a site without the site crashing. Thanks for you time

hmm can you just remove the BackWPUp plugin then install it again, look like there is missing files in there?

i can’t as when you deactivate the plugin the site crashes and the above error displays when you type the url in or try to load the backend.

When this happened the first time, the plugin was deleted from the c\panel file manager and i was able to login to the backend from the WP recovery link, I installed the app again from there and the site came back up.. So i have actually installed it again and it still makes no difference.

Is there anyway to ftp the missing files to the appropriate plugin folders which would fix this? or any other ideas please?

hmm so can you just temporary switch to a default WordPress theme, I saw there is an error caused by your current theme:
