Code for lightbox text, getting no support

    Hello,

    I can’t give a URL because the site I’m working on is on a staging site.

    Can someone please just tell me what the CSS ID is for the image title text under the lightbox? I have searched everywhere for it and have tried everything but I can’t find it. Seriously, changing the font should be way easier and should just be an option in the plugin. This is the code I have on my gallery CSS field:

    .rbs-lightboxTitle{
    font-family: “Montserrat”, sans-serif;
    font-size: 18px;
    font-weight: 500;
    }

    I know changing the CSS works because I was finally able to get the hover text font changed. Now I just need the lightbox text changed. I’ve searched the code and tried every ID I can find, but it wont’ work. If I’m supposed to add it someplace other than the CSS field on the gallery, please let me know.

    If this isn’t the right ID for that text, please just let me know what it is and what the ID is for the counter text as well.

    I have submitted support tickets and tried contacting the company through the form on their website but it’s impossible to get anyone to respond. I purchased the pro version so you would think that they would offer some support, but they don’t. If anyone can help, thank you!

    I’ve also tried adding this code to the CSS field in the general settings and that hasn’t worked either, so clearly I’m using the wrong ID tag.

    I did purchase the PRO version and I submitted a ticket and it’s been more than TWO MONTHS and NO ONE HAS RESPONDED!!! Seriously, you have the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Ticket ID is 3883

    So, can someone please help me with this CSS code?

    This is not resolved. This company needs to tell people why they don’t respond to support requests after we have purchased the plugin.
