• Hi, I’ve been trying to add products this morning but encountered some issues. I managed to add 2 products before encountering these constant errors.

    The message is:

    Product was not added!

    Error: Invalid response from your WooCommerce store. Please make sure your site is working and no plugins are blocking WooCommerce API access

    That’s all we know. If you need some help, please contact our support, provide the error code below, and we’ll see what we can do.

    I haven’t changed anything in the store, so why am I encountering this error?

    This error usually means that something on your server’s side is creating connection issues. It can either be an unsupported plugin, server issues, or a variety of other problems. Please reach out to your hosting provider to see if they can assist you further.

    I’m dealing with the same issue. Printful says it’s not their problem, my host says it’s also not their problem. I’ve updated the API keys and still not working. Like this person I had a successful upload and then after that I get that code. The products go straight to my trash and are set to private without an image. I can manually move them but at a lose of how to fix it.
