sorry whooami, I’ll get my act together. https://www.loanchecker.com.au/westpac-error-checking

Think I’ve found the problem if not the solution – I changed themes and the problem went away. Don’t know if this is a common issue but guess I’ll just have to try a few different themes until i get one that works and that I like. I assume thats they way you go about it.

Seems like with a lot of themes they appear ok but when you try to validate the code there are errors. is it normal to report these back to the theme developer?

    Cheers

I would — as long as you can point to it being the theme.

ok I take that back. I added key words etc. for the all in one SEO plugin and now I am getting the same error. just deleting the text in the keyword boxes etc. doesn’t solve the problem so i’m back to where I was ??

well I guess i have some error when a certain theme is combined with the all in one SEO not sure how it is created but i have a theme that works now will look for one that suits my purpose better.

    Will close this one off.
