Code in the emails that makes design disorganized

    Hi,

    I have been using this plugin for a while now for all my websites and it has always worked very well so far. Suddenly the emails of our order are disorganized by code in the email and this for all my websites. I have completely reinstalled the template but the problem remains the same.

    Can you help me to solve this?

    I’m here to help.

    I tested the templates by creating an order on my test website but there are no disorganized codes that was shown. I tested the admin’s New Order and customer’s Order Complete emails.

    Could you specify which email template it is and send me screenshots of the code that are shown? If you haven’t yet, please do the initial troubleshooting steps and let me know how it goes: How to Troubleshoot Your Website

    Hi Karla,

    I also created a ticket with number #688456 on your website where you can find al the information and screenshots.

    I have completely reinstalled the e-mail template but the problem remains the same. I also followed your troubleshooting steps (https://www.kadencewp.com/help-center/docs/kadence-theme/temporarily-deactivating-plugins/) but without result ??
