After updating wordpress, plugins and theme (not the child theme) there is code in visual mode when i am trying to edit pages. Something like that:
    <span style=”color: #000000;”>Clydes Party Bus Hire Perth</span>

What could be the problem? What should I do to fix it?
Theme Genesis, child theme Outreach Child Theme. website https://www.clydes.com.au

Do you use some text editor extension like ‘tinymce’ or some other ‘wysiwyg’ extension installed? Does it show on the frontend of the website?
The code is standard for the text editor and I can imagine it is confusing to see it on the visual editor.

This website was built by someone else and all contact are finished with that guy, so whatever was installed here i didnt touch.
So , yes, there are plugins named “TinyMCE Advance”. And another one named “Preserved HTML Editor Markup” (i am not sure what is it) saying that “A WordPress Plugin that preserves HTML markup in the TinyMCE editor, especially when switching between”. Both activated.
What should i do with them?

It is actually worked! I diactivated Preserved HTML Editor Markup and everything came back to normal! (i am not sure what this plugin is meant for though)
    Thank you for your advice!!!
