code in wordpress not working while it works on other platforms

I have a code where 4 circles are sitting next to each other. When I previes the code in wordpress, the circles are below each other.
It works on all the code platforms like codepen and such though.

In wordpress it doesn’t look the same, althought the code is good.
The circles in wordpress are below each other.
