Code indentation breaks with html/css minify option

WPfc is undoubtedly the best cache plugin I’ve ever used, the real fastest of many other plugins. Ours is a software programming blog where we publish tutorials with code snippets. We use WordPress’s “Code Prettify” plugin which beautifies the source code inside the “pre” tag with proper indentation as per the programming language used. But with Wpfc, when the html/CSS minify option is selected to reduce the page size, the coding snippets lose their indentation. Is there any way to tell WPfc to keep the indentation as is within the “pre” tag. Thanks.
