Code Insert Manager Not Executing Shortcodes

    I have installed a Fast Secure Contact Form Plugin. I am using Q2W3 Inc Manager for inserting and executing the shortcode [si-contact-form form=’1′]. It was being executed properly. But now there seems to be some problems and instead of code execution the code insert manager is showing the caption of the shortcode only i.d. [si-contact-form form=’1′].
    Pl. advise

    Thank you for the great support. The plugin is now successfully executing the shortcodes after update to version 2.3.3

    This plugin is exactly what I was looking for so I am hoping you can help me! I am having the same problem as the original poster and I am using the most current version (2.3.3). Is there something else I need to do?

    What is the behavior of your problem? Do you see shortcode name or empty space instead shortcode content?

    There might be a plugin conflict. Try to disable plugins one by one.

    Also try not to insert shortcode by using this function:
    <?php echo do_shortcode('[si-contact-form form="1"]'); ?>

    I was seeing the shortcode itself. I will try your suggestions and see what happens. Thanks!
