Code install doesn’t work

Can you please provide a screenshot of Head & Footer Code settings or at least clarify which code and where you have entered in WordPress Dashboard admin?

Unfortunately, it looks like you do not use our plugin Header & Footer Code.

Please raise a ticket with the support of the plugin you use, or replace it with our plugin and follow instructions from the video on our plugin info page.
