  • 1.6.19 solves the problem on desktop version, but not totaly on responsive mobile version. The web pages are ok, but not the menus, there is always the problem.

    Wp-admin >> Elementor >> setting >> Tab features >> Deactived feature Improved CSS Loading >> Save >> purge all / clear cache >> Solved

    Hi,

    Can you please share the shop page URL so that I can check?

    Also, most of the time such issue occur due to theme or plugin conflict.

    Please follow these steps, and let me know if it solved your issue: –

    -Deactivate all of your plugins except Elementor and WooCommerce. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one until you spot the problematic plugin.

    – switch your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySixteen (or another default WordPress theme) temporarily – and see if it solves your error. I hope this information helps you.
