Code not working in Text Widget

I posted this earlier and the issue never did get fixed.

This is the code given to me by WordPress Moderator!

They also told me to put the following in my CSS Module.
Paste into CSS Module, Is that the CSS Editor Section?

I was chastised by a moderator when I responded and said it didn’t work and when they didn’t answer I ask was still there.

The moderator removed my question and posted that this was not a chat forum. I wasn’t trying to make a chat forum, just trying to get the code to work they gave me. If I can’t ask questions how can I find out how this works?

I am using Twenty Eleven with a Child Theme and my Blog address is, https://www.backroadsliving.com.
