Code prioritisation issue.

Hi there, nice plugin,

Just wanted to ask if there was a reason the prioritization in
add_filter( 'loop_shop_per_page', array( __CLASS__, 'loop_shop_per_page' ), 99 );
is set so high when it just grabs the default wp post settings..

I’d recommend lowering it if it’s not necessary – it took me awhile to figure out why even the plugins intending to change the number of products on a page didn’t work.

You also have some 999999 prioritizations which seem maybe a tad excessive.
