Code retrieving content of page or post that can be placed inside other website

Is there any plugin or some simple tutorial how I can create such code? I mean something like youtube embed code, but containing anything i put in my post or page content. I would like to generate such code for some of my pages and share it so other websites owners can copy it and insert inside their html.
