Try putting [raw][/raw] around the shortcode.
If that doesn’t work, try with some other theme.
If that’s not an option check for the_content hook in your theme and disable that hook (or handler function for that hook).

[raw][/raw] option doesn’t change anything. After i put the code around, i can see [raw] written as a text on the page.

I can’t change theme now due to settings etc of my client.

Can you describe where i can find that hook? I’m not familiar with the hooks and how to disable it?
I check functions.php inside theme files. I see some parts that has the_content but i’m not sure which one you’re talking about.
