Hi. I use the free version of Max Buttons on all of my product pages by using a button’s shortcode plus product ID within TablePress table cells. It has always worked really well, but I am now seeing:

    .maxbutton-9.maxbutton.maxbutton-audrey10674{position:relative;text-decoration:none;display:inline-block;vertical-align:middle;width:160px;height:50px;border:2px solid #000000;border-radius:4px 4px 4px 4px;background-color:#96d023;box-shadow:0px 0px 2px 0px #333333}.maxbutton-9.maxbutton.maxbutton-audrey10674:hover{border-color:#000000;background-color:#c421b4;box-shadow:0px 0px 2px 0px #333333}.maxbutton-9.maxbutton.maxbutton-audrey10674 .mb-text{color:#000000;font-family:Arial;font-size:15px;text-align:center;font-style:normal;font-weight:bold;line-height:1em;box-sizing:border-box;display:block;background-color:unset;padding:18px 0px 0px 0px}.maxbutton-9.maxbutton.maxbutton-audrey10674:hover .mb-text{color:#000000}Buy Now

In other cells, just the “Buy Now” blue link text appears,

Yesterday, everything was fine and I actually use this page, TablePress table and the table’s Google Sheet (where the table contents are) as a template as I (or was) am so happy with it.

    Has anybody else experienced this?

    Thanks
    Sarah

    Hi.
I have found the cause of the problem…

I insert the relevant TablePress shortcode into a product description….

For some strange reason (as has happened previously – I think twice), WordPress replaced the TablePress shortcode with the actual table as HTML code as if I had created the table in the “old fashioned” way.

    Very strange…

If it was completely replaced this might be a question for the people at TablePress, but maybe check the FAQ on TablePress. The problem about missing styles might be related to the caching.

It’s a good idea to test your site without being logged in, for instance via a private tab. Often the cache is not active for logged in users.
