    This is the dilemma:

Some of my post contain the usage of code tag. If I do not have textile1 activated, the code segments are simply invisible. With textile1 activated, then code segments are displayed properly, however all the list items are double spaced.

Anyone suffers the same problem? Any fixes?

Anyone got any ideas on this one?

I solve the problem by using CodeFilter, but would like to know other solutions.

Wow, I guess no one really knows the solution to this problem?

    I guess I don’t understand the question.

Do you have tags that you want to be visible, like seeing the <p> tag? Or do you want the HTML within your post to “work” right? If so, Text Control plugin will help make sure that the HTML you put in stays in and the HTML that WP can put in either doesn’t or changes the way it behaves so you can control where it puts paragraphs and line breaks and things.

    Or is it something else?

Yea I have HTML tags that I wanna to be visible, to be output just like any other regular text. But instead they do not get outputted at all.

Oh, then you have to do some serious slave labor to every section that has the HTML tags that you want to be visible…okay, not really, but this is true whether you’re in HTML or PHP stuff.

I have instructions on this on my site…though I’m switching to my full blown WordPress site soon, so CLICK NOW, cuz I’m still trying to figure out how to redirect everything to the new “virutal pages”.

How were all these CSS experiments and presentations done?

Best viewed in MSIE….Firefox wasn’t around when I did all this, so I have slave labor ahead of me to make it all “compatible” with Firefox AND WordPress….joy is me….sweat, groan, ache, moan.
