Code to index or not to tag page

  • I need a big help on your part.
    I need a code to put in WP so that if there are more than 5 posts per page you put the meta tag
    <meta name=”robots” content=”index,follow”>
    otherwise
    <meta name=”robots” content=”noindex,follow”>
    he must do so on a single page TAG
