    try to disable the plugin,

Also try switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Seventeen.) using FTP/ SFTP , or your web-host’s cPanel or whatever file management application your host provides (no Dashboard access required). Navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and switch to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder by adding “-old” to the end of the folder name. Alternately, you can remove other themes except the default theme (Twenty Sixteen.). That will force your site to use it.

What did you do before this issue occurred?

    Hi t-p

I just log in the website and saw a lot of plugins need to be updated, so I updated them all, and then I refresh the page, they show a bunch of error, so I use Cpanel to disable to plugin on HostGator (change the file name), but still didn’t see any change.

    Thank you.

    Try one more time:

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
