Codification for accents and special characters

    Hi,

    Is there a way to change the codification for the accents an other special characters to show correctly in the notification emails?

    I managed to use UTF-8 codification for the labels like this “teléfono”, but in the email I get strange symbols for the form values. Example:
    María => Mar?a
