Hi, I have a issue with the cookies. I use the trigger “Time delay /Auto open ”, and created a cokie for ninja form success completion. Everything works well, form is properly and pop up works like I want the first time, except that keeps appearing dismissing the cokie all the time. This should only show the popup once after the form has been completed.
I have checked and the cookie pum- id match on the cokies control and the trigger windows.

@tatianasalazar89 – Does your form redirect after submission? That likely won’t trigger the form success event we use to set cookies.

If so you would need to either redirect manually with a delay in the confirmation text by using JavaScript, or use confirmation text.

Also, if your not using the newer Ninja Forms v3 interface (all white screen outside of WP Admin), you may need to manually process the v2 -> v3 migration in NF tools/settings area. Our integrations only work with forms that run using v3 code.

To be clear NF v3.x.x can be installed and your forms still using the older v2 editor and rendering. We do not support that.

Hope that helps. If your issue is resolved please take a moment to rate and review the plugin or support.

If you still need help please message us directly at https://wppopupmaker.com/support/.

    Hi Daniel,

    In response to your questions:
Q: Does your form redirect after submission? That likely won’t trigger the form success event we use to set cookies. – A: I had it not resubmitting before and it did not make any difference, still – cookies would not work.

So not sure how it would not work. Ninja form was downloaded at the same time as pop up maker 3 weeks ago.

I also tried all the other 2 suggestion you gave me through email and STILL DOESNT WORK. Now I am really loosing my patient Daniel, sorry!

@tatianasalazar89 – First if you also have an email ticket open, this one is getting closed (again). We will not waste time & resources providing support for the same issue in 2 places, which is exactly why I closed the issue the first time and directed you to email support which is more reliable.

Second on a clean install this most certainly works, just tested it now, you can ask any of the 10’s of thousands of users who have it working who are not reporting this issue currently. If it was as you described there would be dozens if not hundreds of tickets a day until it was resolved. Happens exactly like that every time a widespread issue occurs.

This isn’t to say it’s not happening, but to say your site presents either an edge case which hasn’t been seen before and needs further investigation (per email support), or some setting isn’t correct. The only ones that should really affect this would be if your form redirects as a success action, that won’t work ever based on how it is done.

Hope that is more clear, and for the record all ticket ques have been cleared multiple times a day, so this is not the best place to ask for support.
