Colibri Editor Will Not Load

  • Any time I attempt to customize a page through Colibri, I receive a perpetual loading screen. I recently updated the php version of my site to 5.7.1, but this should still be compatible with the plugin. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

    Hello,

    Can you please try to de-activate all plugins except the Colibri builder plugin and re-check your page with the issue?

    This seems to be a plugin related issue.

    Please let me know if this solved your issue.

    Unfortunately that did not work. I also tried deactivating and reactivating Colibri Builder with no success. Anything else I can do?

    Do you have any other suggestions? I haven’t been able to update certain pages of the website for a week now.

    Same issue. Horrible page editor functionality right now. Not loading or critical error message for past 48 hours. Tried restoring old versions, removing plugins, the works. Submitted a ticket and sent an email to support, but no response yet. Pls. help

    @robe529 It took about 2 weeks, several hours on the phone with customer service, and purchasing a WP premium support ticket, but eventually we figured out it was a conflict between the HTTPS and the SSL from updating the security on our site. I’m not tech savvy enough to provide a better explanation, but hopefully that will help point you in the right direction.
