Colibri importer keeps getting stuck

  • Hello all together,

    I’m in desperate need of help. I am a newbie, when it comes to creating websites.

    I have chosen a template from the Colibri website, downloaded the importer plugin and followed the instructions.

    So far so good, but the installation always gets stuck at exactly 50%, while it says “backup content” below.

    There is no error message. It just won’t advance.

    Any idea how to fix this?
