Colissimo does not appear in the delivery list in the shopping cart and checkout

We were currently using Mondial relay and wanted to add Colissimo to expand our customers choice. We added the plugin, set up the login and password, charges by weight, etc… But Colissimo does not appear in the list of deliveries in the cart and checkout.
