    Hi.

Thank you for this beautifully designed plugin to WP community.
    I have two questions:
    1. When you set a collaborators to calendars, is there a possibility to send notification emails to the collaborators, too? If not pre-designed, then how to do that?
    2. Can we edit any activity in a calendar (say for example, the even on a particular day/time is cancelled hence we want to delete it from the recurring activity) keeping the shortcode same? As i can see that, whenever i make any changes in the activities, it create a new shortcode in the booking form.

    Thanks and best regards,
    Nitin

    Hello Nitin,

    Thanks a lot!

    1.
This option is available in the Notification Pack add-on.
It allows you to add recipients for each activity / group category (see this post, docs)

    2.
You don’t need to create a new form after each change.
When you edit your events in the calendar editor, the changes are directly visible on the existing forms.
You can manage your existing forms in Booking Activities > Booking Forms.
You can configure the visible activities in the “Calendar” field settings of your forms.

    Ohk, That’s great!
I must purchase the pack then.

Is there a possibility to change the subject line of email, which includes the “name of the activity/calendar” that user has has booked?

    Thanks a ton!

    You are most welcome!
Yes, since the latest update (1.7.17), you can add tags in the emails title too.
You can add the event name in the email title with the {booking_title} tag. For example: You have booked {booking_title}.
