• Hello,

Sorry, I discovered this area after just leaving a comment on your Arconix site.

So, my question is if it is able to add an additional collapse/close button at the bottom of the FAG content, that the visitor can use to click and close the open FAQ, instead of having to scroll up and click on the collapse/close button located in the title line?

I have some FAQs that are, more entailed, in explaining things to my clients, and having that ability for them to also be able to simply close/collapse the current FAQ while having reached the bottom/end of it, and move on down from there, would simply rock!

Thank you, and all the best to you,
    Jeff

    Thanks Jeff,

I responded on the site as well, but your suggestion is a good one. I’m thinking I may include a “return to top” in place of a close option because of how the browser will react to having the page shrunk, especially with long FAQs, but I’ll investigate both options.

I was thinking of the “return to top” option also… either, or both, would be a great option if implemented.

I think I understand your dilemma though… if at the end of a longish FAQ, where the browser page will be scrolled down in order to read it all, closing it from down at the end of it, would just cause the FAQ to collapse back up at it’s original position, where the reader would probably have to scroll back up to that original position anyway… hm… so maybe it’s just a matter of six one way, a half a dozen another.

Thanks for doing what you can, John. All the best to you,
    Jeff
