Collapse long visitor comments

Hi,

Does anyone know of a plugin to automatically collapse comments after reaching a defined number of characters? It wouldn’t truncate the actual comment, just hide it after a certain length. What I’m thinking is something like Facebook comments where there is “see more” function.
