    Hi Tobias,

I just changed the mode in the first Accordion Tab “Januar 2020” to this:

    [table id=2001 responsive=collapse /]

Unfortunately collapse mode is not working. I already tested the shortcode deactivating all other plugins and changed to WordPress standard theme. Even I i place it on a empty site without accordion it’s not working. May I ask for your help in this?

    Warm regards
    Gregor

    Hi,

thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

    There are two issues here:
    1) The collapse mode won’t work nicely inside those Accordion tabs. The reason for that is that the table is initially hidden, which means that the JavaScript code can not calculate things like column widths, etc., because hidden elements don’t have one ??
    2) The reason why it didn’t work on an empty page is that your tables use the #colspan# feature to merge/combine cells (e.g. in the first row). Unfortunately, the external JavaScript library requires that there are no merged/combined cells in the table, so that you would have to remove all #colspan# to make it work.

All in all, with your tables and the accordions, it might be better to use a different mode, like scroll here.

    Regards,
    Tobias
